Cabling/Bracing

Cabling a tree is necessary when a tree has grown co-dominant ("v" crotch) stems or has a hazardous limb. These stems are weakly attached and can have support added by installing a cable in the canopy. Various cables are used in the industry. ACE Tree and Landscaping uses a non-invasive, dynamic cabling system that allows the tree to move in the wind like it should. The cabling system is designed for the health of the tree as well. No drilling in the cambium is needed in the installation process. The cables can hold up to 8 tons which is plenty for most co-dominant stems.

So if you have a tree that has a hazardous canopy but provides substantial property value, ACE's cabling system is right for you!
